Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across India with additional charges. Final COD charges will be shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer product exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to an additional fee of ₹200. Refunds are not offered; only exchanges are accepted based on our policy.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING

We ship across India. Tracking information is provided via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Please ensure correct address details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS & SECURITY

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any credit/debit card details on our servers.

SECTION 8 – USER ACCOUNTS

Users may create accounts for order tracking and faster checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
