Shipping Across India
At Capilus, we offer free express shipping on all orders above ₹1,000 anywhere in India. All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Gurugram, ensuring quality control and quick dispatch.
Being manufacturers under our parent company Capilus, we handle everything in-house. Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure a smooth experience.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Products: 1–5 business days
- Clip-in Sets & Volumizers: 1-2 weeks (unless specified otherwise)
- Shipping Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Saturday Dispatch: Possible, but not guaranteed

Important Notes
- Please double-check your shipping and billing details at checkout to avoid delays.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days.
- If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or rejection at the doorstep:
- A deduction of ₹200 will apply
- The remaining balance will be issued as store credit
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, please email us immediately at support@capilus.in after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order is shipped.
Delivery Marked but Not Received
If your order is marked “Delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it:
- First, contact the courier service with your tracking number.
- Capilus is not responsible for packages once marked delivered to the provided address.
